Our Facility

The site is sunny, modern and equipped with all the requisite amenities of a first-class Montessori preschool, including bright classrooms, indoor play areas and outdoor playgrounds. Each class is equipped with its own child-size bathroom facilities, classroom observation windows and secure hi-tech webcams.

Chai Tots Early Childhood Center is located on the south side of Mason, across the street from Cedar Village, 1/4 mile west of Mason-Montgomery Rd., on the corner of Cedar Village Dr and Central Parke Blvd. We are excited about our recently completed new upgrades at our new expansive facility.

Our Staff

Our preschool is staffed with trained early childhood educators. Each member of our school faculty is sensitive to the needs of the children and their families and has a strong commitment to quality Jewish education.

The faculty meets weekly to discuss curriculum, plan programs and share and exchange ideas. In order to uphold the high standards of our program, staff development is ongoing throughout the year. This ensures that our teachers remain alert to the ever-changing needs of today's families and to the findings of most current research.

Our director, Rochel Kalmanson, and our teachers are an unusually dedicated group of child development professionals whose level of commitment to each child does not stop at the classroom door, and whose commitment to early childhood education is truly an avocation. As a result, they bring to their jobs a unique and special blend of professional skills and personal experience. 

Accreditations

Chai Tots Early Childhood Center is associated with the Jewish Education Alliance for Montessori Schools, Merkos National Accreditation Board of the National Council For Private School Accreditation, and is a member of The International Montessori Council.

We are fully licensed by the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services.
